What are your studio hours?
Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 10 PM, and weekends from 10 AM to 8 PM. We also offer 24/7 access for premium clients and extended recording sessions.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend sessions. However, we often have same-day availability for weekday sessions.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Do you provide instruments and equipment?
Yes! We have a full range of professional instruments, microphones, and recording equipment. You can also bring your own gear if you prefer.
What formats do you deliver final recordings in?
We deliver recordings in various formats including WAV, MP3, FLAC, and any other format you need. We can also provide stems and multi-tracks for further editing.
Do you offer mixing and mastering services?
Absolutely! We offer professional mixing and mastering services. You can record elsewhere and bring your tracks to us, or we can handle the entire process from recording to final master.
